Open Positions

  • Partner with field rep and VP of BD to identify and open relationships with trade schools, technical colleges, and vocational training programs.
  • Build curriculum-ready materials such as lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises in close collaboration with early-adopter instructors.
  • Design and maintain a library of tutorials, quick-start guides, and sandbox environments that make it easy for instructors to onboard and teach with Tekmetric confidently.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by owning the full sales cycle from product presentation to deal closure, while working multiple stakeholders.
  • Inform product and marketing strategy by understanding prospective partners' pain points and providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to transition new customers onto the platform and set them up for product value realization.

  • Lead strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Develop deep understanding of the Auto Repair domain and combine it with generative AI to identify new product opportunities.
  • Drive user-centric research and collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-performing products.

  • Define and lead the company's IT strategy, creating a 12–24 month roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Establish accountability and process discipline across the organization, driving adoption of standards and controls.
  • Partner with leadership to identify risks and opportunities, and drive a company-wide tooling strategy that is scalable and cost-effective.

  • Own day-to-day workforce management across voice and chat support channels, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time queue management.
  • Make daily adjustments to Zendesk triggers, automations, and Intercom routing to optimize ticket flow and agent workloads.
  • Monitor AI chatbot performance daily, adjust forecasts based on deflection trends, and report KPIs like SLA adherence and occupancy.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close for multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops.
  • Develop creative outreach strategies, surface pain points, and collaborate with Product and Operations to improve sales velocity.
  • Build a healthy pipeline through active prospecting, referrals, and community representation at roadshows.
