Open Positions

  • Deliver growth by owning the entire sales cycle from product presentation to deal closure, exceeding targets and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Inform product and marketing strategy by understanding client pain points and providing feedback to improve sales velocity and adoption.
  • Enable customer success by collaborating with internal teams to transition new customers onto the platform and set them up for value realization.

  • Own the full payments operations lifecycle including merchant onboarding, underwriting, transaction monitoring, dispute management, and escalations.
  • Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards to make operational metrics visible to leadership and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Design and refine underwriting and monitoring strategies while leading the transition from manual to AI-assisted decisioning.

  • Build and design large-scale distributed crawling bots and infrastructure to extract data from diverse sources including web pages, APIs, and PDFs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, Scrapy, Airflow, and Spark to ingest, clean, and normalize data for search indexing and downstream ML/NLP.
  • Collaborate with ML/NLP teams to integrate classification models and utilize LLMs for precise answers from OEM repair procedures.

  • Develop and lead a team of People Partners, setting the standard for great people partnership across all divisions.
  • Own the talent architecture, including org design, workforce planning, and succession planning for the entire organization.
  • Build manager capability through calibrations, performance rigor, and coaching frameworks, while personally handling senior leader relationships and escalated matters.

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, ensuring a high level of customer service, TTV, and satisfaction.
  • Work with customers in the mid-market and enterprise segments, coordinating with management and leadership at all levels.
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes and strategies that are efficient, scalable, and tailored to different customer segments.
