About the Role:

• This is a fully remote Senior Recruiter position supporting defense-related programs across the US.
• You will manage end-to-end recruitment for cleared civilian, military, and technical professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
• Track staffing activities and maintain compliance with security requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of recruiting experience for cleared personnel.
• Strong understanding of military personnel processes and security clearance.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
