Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for government contract positions using multiple channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings, evaluate resumes, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with IT and legal terminology is a plus.
