Talent Acquisition Specialist

Accountabilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding for technical and professional positions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities for ongoing hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 3-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting with focus on technology roles.
• Experience with federal government contracts and cleared personnel processes.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms like iCIMS, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
