Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for assigned positions.
- Specializes in sourcing candidates for roles for our industry including install technicians, project managers, service personnel, engineers, sales, operational support positions, and government contractor personnel.
- Supports recruiting efforts for federal and government contractor positions, including roles requiring security clearances, specialized certifications, or compliance-driven hiring requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting within the security integration, low-voltage, skilled trades, construction, government contracting, technical services, or related industries strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through virtual platforms.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach.
