IT Recruiter | State Client Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles supporting US State Government clients, ensuring timely and compliant hiring delivery.
• Partner closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand hiring needs, priorities, and SLA expectations.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates across multiple IT domains including development, infrastructure, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter.
• Mandatory experience working with US State Government clients.
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets and high-volume recruitment environments.
