Typically manage 4-6 active requisitions with flexibility for additional contract needs.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience.
Previous government contracting or technical recruiting experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
