Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of roles across one or more business functions, with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and align on sourcing strategy.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other channels.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a large, multi-requisition portfolio while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing hiring leaders and comfort with ATS systems like Lever.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated for prolonged periods and operate office equipment.
  • No heavy lifting expected, occasional exertion of about 20 lbs may be required.
