About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, focusing on payroll administration and Core HCM.
- You will act as a strategic partner to People, Finance, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams.
What You'll Do:
- Design, configure, and optimize scalable payroll and people systems that enable business growth.
- Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption while ensuring data integrity.
- Build advanced reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights across People and Finance.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and administration experience.
- Strong Workday expertise across Core HCM, Security, and Advanced Reporting.
- Exceptional technical aptitude and a desire to learn new technologies and solution architectures.
