Lead end-to-end implementation of payroll bureau clients licensing the EarnIn Payroll product suite. Configure platform, manage data migration, and deliver training to bureau administrators and end users. Serve as primary point of contact, manage project plans, and ensure smooth go-live transitions.

Own the operating model for the People team, including cross-functional cadences, reporting, dashboards, and systems. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and engagement survey activation. Drive high-priority cross-cutting initiatives on behalf of People leadership, including org design, process redesign, and strategic buildouts.
