Lead the day-to-day execution and continuous enhancement of EarnIn’s Financial Crimes Compliance Program. Oversee AML investigations, sanctions screening, SAR/UAR decisioning, and case quality to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Drive the BSA/AML and Sanctions risk assessment process, ensuring risks are clearly identified, documented, and effectively mitigated.
