The Senior Data Analyst will report to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics, and serve as a strategic partner across Kafene, to use data to shape how Kafene grows, invests, and operates. The role involves leading projects end-to-end, from framing ambiguous questions to analyzing large datasets and delivering insights that drive action, informing Kafene’s most critical decisions on growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Responsible for conducting data analysis for operational resource and capacity planning using complex statistical analysis quantitative methods to identify trends, anomalies, and outliers. You will create accurate long-term forecasts and develop and maintain staff models aligning with business plans.

As Data Scientist, Finance you’ll play a key role in helping our finance team, executives and GTM teams grow our business by upleveling financial forecasts and building models with your ML and Python expertise. You will evolve core financial analyses and build insightful dashboards to track performance, delivering insights to the whole company.
