The Senior Data Analyst will report to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics, and serve as a strategic partner across Kafene, to use data to shape how Kafene grows, invests, and operates. The role involves leading projects end-to-end, from framing ambiguous questions to analyzing large datasets and delivering insights that drive action, informing Kafene’s most critical decisions on growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Serve as a crucial bridge between operations and data teams and proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Design, build, and test custom data warehouse and BI solutions for Myers-Holum clients using the Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) platform. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop custom data integration solutions to ingest data from multiple sources.

As a Director of Data Engineering, you’ll roadmap and implement a vision for a scalable analytics data platform, establish best practices for data availability, quality, and privacy, and collaborate with data science and analytics teams to deliver high-impact data assets. You'll design and implement optimized data pipelines, lead and scale the data engineering team, and partner with other teams to understand their data needs.
