Own the monthly and quarterly commission payout process, calculating, validating, and reconciling payments with speed and precision. Manage inputs across Salesforce, payroll, and reporting tools to ensure end-to-end data accuracy. Serve as the primary contact for commission payments, answering questions and resolving discrepancies. Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into compensation trends.
Drive strategic initiatives and outcomes across the business. Bring structure to ambiguous problems and scope, plan, and execute work from start to finish to drive measurable outcomes. Partner with senior management teams and dive deep to develop and implement data-driven solutions for a wide range of challenges.
As a SalesOps analyst, you'll build compensation and quota models, explain trade-offs, and execute operationally. You'll use AI tools to improve efficiency and accelerate analysis. You'll be working across People, Finance, Sales Leadership, and Analytics.
