Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role:

• As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll build and maintain the Flows and configuration that our go-to-market teams rely on.
• You'll turn business requests into tested changes and release them safely from sandbox to production.
• You'll keep core integrations running and diagnose issues to root cause.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain Flows, automation, fields, record types, validation rules, permissions and reports.
• Release changes safely and keep integrations like Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom and Gong running smoothly.
• Improve data quality, retire unused automation and document what you build.

What You've Done:

• 4+ years administering Salesforce with deep hands-on experience in production Flows.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce security and access, and experience with deployment tools like Gearset.
• Daily AI use in your work (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with concrete examples of value delivered.
