As a Sales Development Representative at Dragonfly, you will generate sales opportunities with non-clients for the Business Development team, using cold outreach and nurturing marketing-generated leads to secure meetings for the North America team; success is measured by converting leads into qualified opportunities through strategic planning and targeted email campaigns.

This is a lead generation role with a background in the construction industry! Responsibilities include researching leads, executing outreach strategies, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM systems, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and tracking key metrics.

This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team, requiring dialing out to homeowners, documenting appointments accurately, and managing a high volume of calls while multitasking through various systems to achieve company standards. Training is fully remote.

This role will sit within one of those verticals, and the specific vertical will be decided by the hiring team during the interview process. You should expect to: Make over 500 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team Track account and decision-maker details in our CRM to enable an efficient sales funnel Deeply understand our evolving value proposition.

Improve the organization's profitability by performing lead generation and qualifications for the field sales organization. Work closely with the sales team to help identify target accounts, handle initial inquiries, qualify prospects, assist with the early stages of the sale cycle, and participate in marketing events and other sales processes.

Plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team. Dials out to up to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow. Documents and tracks all set appointments accurately. Manages high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.

Assist with research and lead generation by identifying and compiling email addresses and LinkedIn profiles of senior executives at the top 2000 companies, as well as drafting personalized outreach messages based on provided templates. You will also verify the accuracy of collected contact details and track progress.

Drive company growth through data-driven lead generation and enrichment strategies providing actionable insights. Optimize lead generation and enrichment workflows, and contribute to the efficiency of the sales funnel including account health, marketable contacts, and leveraging the CRM for key insights. Success in this role will support revenue growth and establish you as a key contributor.
