Build Nova’s outbound engine from scratch, focusing on getting quality meetings booked. You'll own top-of-funnel strategy, build lead lists, craft outbound messaging, and collaborate with founders. It requires 2–4 years in b2b outbound / sdr / gtm and proven experience generating pipeline via cold outbound.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with users and prospects to provide them with appropriate resources and guidance, partner with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, and develop valuable skills to help you achieve your career goals.

Evaluate and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company's target market. Optimize the sales pipeline by identifying high-quality leads and proactively converting Demo Not Booked (DNB) leads into scheduled demos by ensuring high-value leads don’t drop off the funnel.

Assist with research and lead generation by identifying and compiling email addresses and LinkedIn profiles of senior executives at the top 2000 companies, as well as drafting personalized outreach messages based on provided templates. You will also verify the accuracy of collected contact details and track progress.
