As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service and day-to-day support for Bloomerang customers by answering questions via email, live chat, and phone. You will assist customers with the Bloomerang software and conduct new customer implementations and training. You will also develop and deliver training webinars and assist with software quality assurance and testing.
