This role is for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our business development team and take full ownership of our multichannel outreach strategy. This person will manage outbound and inbound lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email; build and manage outbound outreach workflows using Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn automation tools; generate strategies for Upwork, outreach, target segmentation, and market testing; and improve win rate.
Build and run multi-channel prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Own both outbound and inbound qualification, identifying high-potential prospects. Partner with AEs to refine outreach and optimize pipeline generation. Keep HubSpot data clean and up to date. Share learnings, test ideas, and continuously improve performance.
