Job Description
You’ll be surrounded by experienced professionals, clear expectations, and real opportunities to grow into AE or leadership roles. Build and run multi-channel prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Own both outbound and inbound qualification, identifying high-potential prospects. Identify and research new accounts and personas to target effectively. Partner with AEs to refine outreach and optimize pipeline generation. Keep HubSpot data clean and up to date. Share learnings, test ideas, and continuously improve performance. Doinstruct is a collaborative, no-ego culture and provides regular training.
