This role is for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our business development team and take full ownership of our multichannel outreach strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative with strategy, and confident managing outbound and inbound lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email.
Responsibilities include building and managing outbound outreach workflows using Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn automation tools; launching and optimizing outreach campaigns; overseeing and improving leadgen flows through all active channels; tracking and managing leads in HubSpot; generating strategies for Upwork, outreach, target segmentation, and market testing; improving Upwork account performance; and reporting on leadgen performance.
