Looking for a Customer support and payment agent for Softermii's client, Milliorize, which provides end-to-end platforms and services for the iGaming industry. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, verifying KYC documents, managing promotions, and monitoring Trustpilot reviews.
Maintain a high standard of development for upcoming functionalities and communicate effectively with the Product Owner, Designer, and Project Manager. Ensure delivery of results within the agreed timelines and collaborate with the team. Candidate will participate in release calls around 11 PM Berlin time, approximately 1–2 times per month.
