Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js, work with SQL databases and optionally with Prisma ORM. Improve both well-written and technical debt-ridden codebases. Implement and suggest improvements based on OOP patterns and best practices and collaborate with technical and managerial stakeholders. Provide proactive consultancy, offering ideas and suggestions for improvements. Identify edge cases, gaps, and potential issues in implementations.

Looking for a Product and BI Analyst due to team expansion, with the ability to work 1-2 days a week in the evening or afternoon to match US time zones. As the Product and BI Analyst, you will own the BI domain by leading company-wide analytics, defining processes, and championing a data-driven culture. You will partner with various teams to track KPIs, analyze performance, and uncover improvement opportunities, turning data into impact.

Team members onboarding and adaptation to perform successfully as the part of Client team. Conducting one to one with team members to define bottlenecks and issues. Work with Client stakeholders and gather regular feedback on Softermii team members performance to remove bottlenecks and issues. Close work with Delivery and Account Managers to identify additional Client needs; Weekly/monthly reporting to the Client.
