We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position is a base salary plus uncapped commission and is fully remote. We are looking for a go-getter to drive top of the funnel by making 30 to 40 outbound emails daily. You will research key decision-makers, develop outreach strategies, qualify leads, and meet sales targets.
The Sales Development Representative identifies and generates sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The right candidate works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, understands sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture Inbound leads from various channels with the goal of generating qualified sales meetings for Account Executives. You will receive leads from a variety of inbound sources, and you will field questions from prospects about Tremendous. You will collaborate with Account Executives, as well as members of our Marketing and Customer Success teams, to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business.
