The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a bonafide hustler responsible for driving the client pipeline and crushing quotas, playing a critical hunter role in executing B2B sales campaigns and both generating and qualifying leads for a sales ready pipeline. This person will be building relationships with Marketing Departments, Directors, VPs, and C-Suite executives.

Generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, strategic emails, and social media outreach. Work with Account Executives and the Marketing team to research and run prospecting campaigns. Perform initial qualification calls with prospects and track all activities.

Improve the organization's profitability by performing lead generation and qualifications for the field sales organization. Work closely with the sales team to help identify target accounts, handle initial inquiries, qualify prospects, assist with the early stages of the sale cycle, and participate in marketing events and other sales processes.
