Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position is a base salary plus uncapped commission. This position is also fully remote. It's a junior role, but has the potential to eventually grow into an account manager role. We are looking for a go-getter. Someone who can hit the ground running and drive top of the funnel. You will be expected to make 30 to 40 outbound emails daily. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including making 30 to 40 cold emails daily to potential clients Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass them to account managers for further development Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Manage and prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
