The Product Marketing Manager translates product innovation into clear, compelling stories that attract new associations and empower customers to get more value from Rhythm. As a storyteller, enablement champion, and market researcher, you'll translate features into member impact, arm Sales with winning narratives, and lead launches that drive pipeline.
The Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead initiatives that drive top-of-the-funnel growth and bolster sales enablement efforts, designing and running full‑funnel experiments that turn curious prospects into qualified pipeline and help hit ARR goals. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns, build and iterate on our growth playbook, and guide content strategy by partnering with our Content Marketing Coordinator.
The SDR Manager will build the outbound engine that fuels our pipeline. You’ll own the strategy, tooling, and execution behind our outbound motion—turning accounts into qualified meetings that convert to ARR. You’ll manage a small team of SDRs, collaborate with Marketing and AEs on campaign design, and be directly accountable for top-of-funnel targets.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will research ideal-fit associations, craft multichannel outreach, and spark first conversations that become sales-qualified opportunities.
