The SDR Manager will build the outbound engine that fuels our pipeline. You’ll own the strategy, tooling, and execution behind our outbound motion—turning accounts into qualified meetings that convert to ARR. You’ll manage a small team of SDRs, collaborate with Marketing and AEs on campaign design, and be directly accountable for top-of-funnel targets.
In this role, you’ll get to design and launch outbound campaigns end-to-end, own the SDR number, run weekly “pipeline labs,” partner with Marketing, standardize processes in HubSpot, recruit, ramp, and retain top-tier SDR talent, create an experimentation culture, and forecast and communicate risk early.
