Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager turns product innovation into clear, compelling stories that attract new associations and empower customers to get more value from Rhythm. As a storyteller, enablement champion, and market researcher in one, you’ll translate features into member impact, arm Sales with winning narratives, and lead launches that drive pipeline. You’ll be the bridge across Product, Marketing, and Sales—shaping how the world sees (and buys) Rhythm. In this role, you’ll get to own product positioning and messaging for Rhythm’s platform and integrations. You will also lead go‑to‑market (GTM) planning for new features and integrations, develop buyer personas and journey maps, equip the revenue team with pitch decks and product one‑pagers, run Rhythm’s product blog, create product-focused social campaigns, host monthly live demo webinars, and maintain competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing experience and be comfortable building sales enablement assets, understanding basic analytics, and thriving in a fast‑moving startup.
