About the Role:
- You'll optimize collections performance across a large-scale, AI-powered debt recovery platform.
- You'll investigate performance trends, translate complex data into actionable strategies, and shape measurable financial impact.
- You'll collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and resolve technical issues.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose performance trends and uncover root causes across client portfolios and communication channels.
- Develop and execute optimization strategies, lead forecasting, and design structured experiments.
- Support client relationships by delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- At least six years in analytics with strong SQL and BI platform proficiency.
- Ability to trace Python code and system logic to identify performance drivers.
- Practical experience with forecasting, A/B testing, and AI-assisted analytical workflows.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000.
