Position Summary:
- Analyze customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance to drive strategic decisions.
- Partner with the Execution & Delivery Team to analyze customer forecasts for staffing and support strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance analytics frameworks for retention, market share, revenue growth, and expansion.
- Deliver timely performance insights using Tableau, Snowflake, and AI-driven workflows.
- Communicate clear, actionable recommendations to E&D Leadership.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of analytical experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and AI tools.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and business acumen.
