About the Role:
- We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Client Insights team and drive impact across analytics, product, and merchant success.
- This role blends data, strategy, and client interaction to support high-value merchant partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Translate data and analysis into business cases, pricing models, and financial narratives for sales and merchants.
- Build ROI analyses with Merchant Success to support renewals and expansions.
- Work with product and engineering to improve the platform using product data.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or technical account management.
- Strong SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau skills with an ecommerce and consumer brands background.
- Excellent communication and a self-starter mindset.
