Your Mission:
- Leverage data assets and advanced analytics to deliver product and business value across the organization.
- Support revenue growth, member experience, and scalability through rigorous data-driven insights.
What You'll Do:
- Lead metrics definition, reporting, and analysis across product, engineering, and design.
- Build statistical analyses, participate in experiments, and maintain data pipelines.
- Own BI dashboards and communicate insights to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant data or business analyst experience with strong SQL skills.
- Solid statistics and econometrics fundamentals, plus experience with Looker, Snowflake, or Amplitude.
- Excellent communication and an inquisitive mindset to uncover the 'why' behind the data.
