Process and validate all payroll-impacting data against source documents and HRIS records; proactively resolve discrepancies before payroll runs.
Perform detailed pre- and post-payroll audits, including reconciling payroll registers to internal reports, validating completeness of employee populations, and confirming accurate tax/deduction calculations.
Serve as the directly responsible individual for employee payroll inquiries, delivering timely, accurate resolutions and representing Engine with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Drive monthly growth by upselling Hotel Engine across our existing customer base.
Generate new business opportunities within account base to meet and exceed target quota.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as business operations, member support, marketing, sales enablement, product development and production support to drive customer outcomes.
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across back-office functions.
Apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern automation tools to solve complex operational challenges and unlock new efficiencies.
Collaborate with Client Operations, Finance, People, and other G&A teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
