  • Strategy and execution of Engine's full field marketing program including event selection, audience targeting and recruiting, content and run-of-show, on-site execution, pre and post-event follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
  • Identify, test, and scale unconventional channels for getting Engine in front of buyers, eg. job site visits, office drop-ins, and other activations that meet our ICP where they actually are.
  • Own Engine's relationship with regional travel organizations and partners, then build the playbook to expand the model to additional destinations.

  • Lead design across two distinct B2B surfaces - partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform.
  • Set design direction at the Staff level: shape strategy, lead reviews, and raise the craft bar across the team, not just execute features.
  • Bring consumer-grade craft to dense, operator-facing workflows used by sophisticated partners and hotel supply teams.

  • Serve as the primary resource for internal AI initiatives, bridging Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities and build the AI PD Operations roadmap.
  • Build and lead a high-performing AI PD Ops organization, designing and implementing AI-enabled workflow automations to reduce cycle times across Product Delivery teams.
  • Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, and ROI metrics while ensuring all tools and workflows align with governance, security, and compliance standards.
