Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout. Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring required project documentation, inspections, and customer requirements are complete and accurate.

Manage and maintain relationships between the company and customers during the order cycle, tracking orders from entry to delivery. Coordinate with internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment and resolve commercial or technical issues. Work with engineering, sales, and customers through order processes including submittals, release, and change orders.

Review and interpret customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure designs meet technical intent.
