  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout.
  • Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring required project documentation, inspections, and customer requirements are complete and accurate.

$70,000–$105,000/yr

  • Manage and maintain relationships between the company and customers during the order cycle, tracking orders from entry to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment and resolve commercial or technical issues.
  • Work with engineering, sales, and customers through order processes including submittals, release, and change orders.

  • Review and interpret customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure designs meet technical intent.
  • Lead cross-functional design reviews with Sales, Manufacturing, and end users to align on accurate, manufacturable designs.
  • Act as primary electrical engineering contact for hyperscaler data center builds, including power skids and e-house systems.
