Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ERP readiness assessments and develop roadmaps to guide client transformation efforts.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings.
- Direct Workday releases and collaborate across delivery teams for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and 3+ years of product ownership experience.
- Workday certification in one or more HCM modules and strong functional HCM knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree required; prior consulting experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $175,000 - $190,000 USD, plus annual discretionary bonus.
