Role Overview:
- Strategic consulting role for Workday Finance transformation, not an implementer position.
- Focus on shaping vision, guiding client journeys, and aligning technology with mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP readiness assessments, roadmaps, and advisory engagements.
- Collaborate with client leaders and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
- Manage Workday releases and product lifecycle across configuration, integration, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday Finance configuration experience and 3+ years of product ownership.
- Workday Finance certification and strong knowledge of finance business processes.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and support business development.
