Role Purpose:

  • Enables efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR service delivery across LTG through ownership of HR systems and workforce reporting.
  • Acts as a key enabler for HR Operations, Payroll, and Business Partnering activities, ensuring integrity and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as primary administrator for HR systems including ADP and LMS; lead system enhancements and user support.
  • Deliver standardised monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for workforce planning and compliance.
  • Maintain data governance and HRIS integrity through validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.

  • High levels of accuracy and reliability of workforce data across systems and reporting platforms.
  • Trusted, timely, and actionable reporting that supports strategic priorities and operational decision-making.
  • Efficient, automated reporting processes and well-maintained systems that reduce manual effort and administrative burden.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience supporting HR systems, workforce reporting, and analytics within a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), and HRIS platforms like ADP.
  • Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.
