As a People Experience Advisor, you’ll be a trusted, hands-on advisor and problem-solver for property team members across our portfolio. You will serve as a People Experience subject matter expert and ensure that our people feel supported, heard, and empowered every day by providing hands-on guidance through onboarding, performance conversations to conflict resolution, and investigations.
This role will be for a 3-6 month contract and is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Your day-to-day will center around routine employee relations support, and you may occasionally assist with more complex investigations. You may also be called upon to support special projects or assist with generalist HR tasks as needed.
The Senior Payroll Specialist will support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, lead compliance audits, document policies and procedures, and provide assistance to employees & managers. The Payroll Specialist will be highly competent with spreadsheets and possess a high attention to detail. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a requirement for this role.
