As a People Experience Advisor, you’ll be a trusted, hands-on advisor and problem-solver for property team members across our portfolio. You will serve as a People Experience subject matter expert and ensure that our people feel supported, heard, and empowered every day by providing hands-on guidance through onboarding, performance conversations to conflict resolution, and investigations.
This role will be for a 3-6 month contract and is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Your day-to-day will center around routine employee relations support, and you may occasionally assist with more complex investigations. The Senior Payroll Specialist will support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, lead compliance audits, document policies and procedures, and provide assistance to employees & managers. The Payroll Specialist will be highly competent with spreadsheets and possess a high attention to detail. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a requirement for this role.
