Role Purpose:

  • Provide operational HR advisory and employee lifecycle support across LTG's international operations.
  • Support managers and employees through operational HR delivery, employee relations support, organisational change activity, and compliance coordination.
  • Partner closely with the HR Operations Advisor (North America) to provide consistent support across global employee populations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support delivery of HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, and leave management.
  • Provide first line HR guidance and operational employee relations support to managers and employees, supporting Tier 1 matters and selected Tier 2 coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems data, and case files, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience operating within HR operations, HR advisory, HR administration, or employee relations environments.
  • Practical experience supporting employee relations activity within defined governance frameworks.
  • Strong organisational and operational coordination capability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems like ADP Workforce Now and Oracle HCM.
