Role Overview:

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience.
  • Provide sound guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees, negotiating positive outcomes in complex terminations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Process offboarding on internal HRIS, collaborating with verticals like Customer Success, Legal, and Payroll.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate with stakeholders for employee relations matters.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations professionally.
