Role Overview:
- Own lifecycle contracts management planning and implementation for the APAC region.
- Report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Contracts Management.
- Drive innovation and operational capacity in a global employment space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a regional team to build high performance and growth.
- Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for contract management.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success.
Your Background:
- Track record in HR Operations across multiple APAC countries with deep labor law knowledge.
- Experience scaling HR Operations in diverse APAC markets.
- Hands-on people management with a coaching mindset in a fast-paced, international environment.
