About the Role:

  • The Mobility team ensures employees transition smoothly across borders, adhering to local laws, and provides extensive immigration and relocation assistance.
  • This role directly impacts the global employment landscape by managing compliance and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to guarantee seamless transitions for Remote employees.

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team with a people-first approach.
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a clear understanding of immigration processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; previous tech industry and remote work experience are ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently deliver on team objectives and provide ongoing coaching to improve employee effectiveness.
  • Manage metrics, targets, and budgets while overseeing the development of processes for visa applications and documentation.
  • Use AI and automation to drive efficiency and proactively identify opportunities for improvement across immigration operations.
