Report on metrics and project alignment to senior management, and manage team budgets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in a remote-first environment.
Strong people leadership skills with ability to operate independently and drive team results.
Familiarity with tech industry and hyper-growth settings; fluent English required.
