Position Summary:
- HackerOne seeks a Global Benefits Senior Manager to lead strategy, administration, and improvement of global benefits programs.
- The role is remote within US metro areas and involves partnering with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the strategy and continuous improvement of global benefits programs, leveraging AI and data-driven insights.
- Manage employee leaves of absence globally and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Optimize benefits operations through vendor management and process simplification.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience in a global organization.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and experience with international compliance.
- Experience with Workday Benefits and managing vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Certifications like CEBS, CBP, or SHRM.
- Experience with AI and automation tools in HR benefits.
