What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer employee benefits programs end-to-end: enrollments, life events, billing reconciliation, and employee inquiries.
- Own leave compliance across all active employee jurisdictions, staying ahead of new state laws and translating them into actionable guidance.
- Manage leave cases from initiation through return-to-work, coordinating with employees, managers, and third-party administrators.
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in benefits administration and leave of absence management with multi-state expertise.
- Strong command of federal and state employment law: FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and state paid leave laws.
- Self-directed with a proven ability to research, assess, and implement regulatory changes independently.
Location & Commitments:
- Remote position open to candidates legally residing in the U.S., excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Washington D.C.
- Core working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional need for extended hours during busy seasons.
