Benefit Management:

  • Manage global benefits strategy by assessing competitiveness and equity across all locations.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle of benefit plan design, vendor selection, negotiation, and implementation.

Compliance:

  • Own benefits regulatory compliance across all US jurisdictions for health, workers' compensation, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of US laws such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA.
  • Coordinate with vendors to file required reports and support country office requirements.
