Role Expectations:
- Manage end-to-end enrollment, renewal, and annual Open Enrollment execution for benefit programs across the AMS region.
- Guarantee full regulatory compliance for all regional benefit plans, driving required filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing.
- Analyze plan utilization, benefits spend, and market trends to generate reports for Finance and HR leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration with knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
