Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic development of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing strategy.
- Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and partners.
- Lead implementation of new programmes and plan design changes.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 5 years of benefits and retirement plan management experience in a multinational organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
- Experience managing confidential data and outsourced vendors.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations.
- High-level Excel skills and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in building relationships with internal/external partners.
