Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the Benefits Administration system for new and renewing account installations.
  • Provide assistance to both internal and external clients with BenAdmin Q&A, reports, and data questions.
  • Ensure data is current and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • Health insurance or general agency experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and web browsers.
