Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with the Benefits Administration system for new and renewing account installations.
- Provide assistance to both internal and external clients with BenAdmin Q&A, reports, and data questions.
- Ensure data is current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Health insurance or general agency experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and web browsers.
