We are looking for an experienced and energetic HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team. The successful candidate will support the Endeavor group, with a keen focus on people-experience and a mindset for continual improvement. This role will report to our Senior Manager, HRIS Support and collaborate closely with the wider HRIS and HR Operations teams.
Support system users, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolution, leveraging Workday Community/support to resolve complex escalation points. Build and maintain custom reports, tools and analytics to meet team needs and be well versed in different reporting types. Provide guidance to the People team by understanding current processes and timelines. Build and design Workday business processes to ensure efficient workflows for end users.
