Role Overview:
- This role independently configures and optimizes Talent Applications to meet business needs.
- It bridges HR requirements with technical execution while managing system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and reports in HR systems.
- Support integrations between Talent Applications and other business systems.
- Provide user support, training, and maintain system documentation.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, or similar HR software configuration.
- Understanding of HR processes, API logic, and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian for stakeholder communication.
