About the Role:
- Responsible for providing dedicated support to the Talent Acquisition function within People & Culture (P&C).
- Partners closely with recruiters to drive candidate sourcing, coordinate interview scheduling, and manage administrative operations.
What You Will Do:
- Conducts candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, and other talent channels.
- Owns interview scheduling, including coordinating complex multi-stakeholder panels across time zones.
- Serves as primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback routing.
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and typically a minimum of two years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience with HR systems/software and reporting.
- Ability to maintain data integrity and manage multiple priorities.
