Senior Partner Manager, Canada

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage partner relationships and serve as primary contact for IKEA Canada and other partnerships.
• Handle operational delivery with cross-functional teams and schedule regular performance check-ins.
• Analyze channel performance, report to stakeholders, and drive improvement actions including travel.

Requirements:

• Proven account management experience with a track record of success in retail.
• Strong analytical and operational skills, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred, with a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.

Compensation:

• Base pay range of $94,000 - $135,000 CAD, plus bonus and benefits.
